Cad is very close to an ordinary english pronunciation of 'card'.

'go' as in 'we go shopping'

'ddeu' as in 'go thy way'.

....

achren is:

'ach' as in moenchengladbach (the german football team)

'ren' as in 'wren' (the bird).
