not really, firstly the noodles are made of white flour, which in itself is of no nutritional value and not to mention fatty, then it usually has MSG or ajinomoto, not at all good for people (new studies ask to completely do away with MSG as an ingredient, pregnant women can't touch it) and since whatever veggies/meats and flavors are dehydrated and added, they lose all nutritional value. you may as well go in from breakfast cereal, eggs, wholewheat toast or just crackers and fresh cottage or cream cheese

Surely it contains monosodium glutamate, if not, it is replaced with other additives that could cause problems eventually.
perhaps you might want to have variations with your breakfast, not solely eating noodles.
I'm in Jakarta right now having vacation, and I haven't tasted their noodles so far. But if I do, I'm pretty sure it taste a bit salty.
Then again, noodles, or any other instant food may have adverse health impact on us if we don't check on its content. Much more if we are consuming it on a daily basis.

Do not take everyday, try to minimise eating instant noodles.
Even a healthy food taken everyday will not be healthy for your body. Must have a balanced diet.
Do and eat everything in moderation.

Well you should look at the ingredients of the noodles and its fat contents, many ingredients in these foods could at long-term be not as healthy as you thought.

its not.and if u eat it every day,u will be highly risk to get cancer coz there so many chemical ingrediant in it. n also its contain a lot of monosodium glutamate that is for great taste.its deliciousbut not healthy!

every morning? that is bad. the noodles are for snacking, not to serve as main meals ( i don't care what the advertisements say). it's not a substantial meal. once in a while, fine. every morning...you're making yourself sick.
