most people chat on here and allways have, the rooms are created by a person, and that person, becomes the moderator, and can give those rights to others.. anyone who makes trouble is banned, if they come back with a different name, we ban their computer IP, if they come back on a new ip, we ban there whole ISP's group for a day.

use www.ukchatterbox.com free chat, no bots, people from all the over world there of all ages , have volunteer room moderators who keep everything in line and running smoothly best chat I have found in years diff rooms for ages etc

I used to go on chat rooms but they got boring. I never used MSN chat rooms when it was around, I was using Lycos and it was rather dull.
