it works on some video's that i have downloaded but some of them i can hear but there are only colored zigzag lines on the screen. is it cuz my computer is old n can't keep up ??

It might be because you don't have the right codecs, you can download them for free. Just search Yahoo! Well, I did some searching and found this link below.

Get the latest version of Windows Media Player....version 10
By searching in google.com u can find it easily

ther may be any eror with the vedio delete it then try to downlod again if it doesnt work try another movie

omg....you are still using media player?????
no wonder you can't see the videos.....try BSplayer or Winamp...they are free
