not knowing make or model it is impossible to guess. generally you would have to change radiator, run transmission lines and change out flywheel and possibly driveshaft.

Not worth the cost. You'd need the transmission, ECU and wiring harness, shifters, sensors in the shifter, possibly a different center console, you'd possibly have to do a conversion on the engine or get a whole new engine to mate the engine to the transmission due to possible differences in the flywheel, etc. and probably a significant amount of other odds and ends depending on the vehicle. Buy a car that's already auto. The parts and labor would be obscene.

You can, but you're looking at having your automatic removed and another 'manual' tranny put in. Also, it depends what you're driving. Estimating a cost varies among different vehicles, because some are more labor-intensive than others. Don't be surprised to be offered a quote of maybe $1500 for the tranny and installation, but you'll get coin obviously if your automatic is still good. And if you are offered a lowball dollar for your tranny, consider selling it thru an ad in an auto trader or somewhere, because you would get more for it; the newer the vehicle (and the more popular it is) the better.

it all depends on the vehicle, i have swapped trannies both ways (from auto to stick/stick to auto) all have been done on older trucks.....also are you inclined to do the work yourself or have someone else do it? you will need a tranny, oil cooler (can be seperate or included in the radiator, i perfer the seperate ones), possibly new/modified driveshaft, flexplate, tourqe convertor, possibly different starter, shifter, new speedometer cable, new/modified tranny crossmember, not everything but a pretty good list, most other stuff you will need will be vehicle specific. this is for an older rearwheel drive vehicle. hope this helps

Come one, man. It will probably cost you bunch of money. Besides, I've never heard of anyone changing a transmission. Get another car.
