Thank to those who have given me positive advice. Actually, I am a very sexually active guy and have lots of sexual fantasy, but as a conservative Asian, I am shameful of that sexual fantasy, that is why I dare not tell me wife but fantasize during masturbation as it brings me to a sexual high.

How have you been trying to kick your masturbation habit?
Sorry, but I’m just trying to work out what you do to kick the habit. I would have thought that it would simply be a case of … don’t do it!!!
I don’t want to sound like an expert on the subject or anything, but ‘masturbation’ isn’t necessarily something you have to do on your own… I think they call it ‘mutual satisfaction through masturbation’ or something like that!
Consider you and your wife participating in some foreplay… the actual act of making love is only a part of the whole love making process!!!
Your wife is a human being… if you feel like you are having sex with a blow up doll, then it suggests there needs to be a lot more involvement from both of you. Make it a joint sexual fantasy of pleasure, rather than a ‘wham bam thank you mam’ in out affair.
I’m not a counsellor or anything, OK… I can only suggest to you that you need to get over your ‘shame’ and talk to your wife. Tell her what turns you on, and find out what turns her on as well!!! Go to a library and borrow a book on sex, and read it with your wife. Hire a blue movie and sit together and watch it, allowing all inhibitions to run free… Failing those suggestions, consult a counsellor.

The masturbation isn't the problem - you are the problem. Masturbation is a normal activity in life that everyone does as some point or another. It becomes a problem when you overuse it - just like any other indulgence. What you should be focusing on is figuring out what you are running from, and work on that issue.

Don't let your partner from your habit which you think is bad. As masturbation is a fantacy and you are missing the real thing. If you really wan't to do it then do it by thinking of your wife in mind. That will help you in intercourse too. Do foreplay before sex and tell your wife to masturbate during that time. It will help. Think about your wife every next time you masturbate as she also depend on your jhonny..

All you have to do is to use your imagination when having an intercourse with your love. try more of the foreplay phase especially the one we called 69. masturbating once in a while is I think not that bad. I'm doing that and yet it doesn't affect my sex life with my wife

You need to figure out why you would rather masturbate than have sex with your love. Maybe you are hiding from issues in your relationship? I don't know what you can do about it, since only you can control your sexual urges, and what you do about the urges.

Here's the deal, figure out why masturbating gets you off so well opposed to your lover. If its thoughts or situations, pictures whatever use them with her instead of keeping them to yourself and in return you will want to be with her just as much. So whenever you feel the need to pleasure yourself don't be so selfish and grab a helping hand.

Dude, take some Ben Gay or some other muscle pain cream that heats up like hell and rub it over your hands - you won't want to be cranking one off then!!!
Good Luck, Bra!
