Er, no, that isn't true. Lactation has to do with the milk glands, inside the breast. The nipple is just a way for the milk to come out. Nipple piercings will only affect breastfeeding if the ducts were somehow damaged. Any nipple jewelry should *always* be removed before breastfeeding, as well (I would hope that's common sense, but you never know).

Only if all the milk ducts have been damaged by a bad peircing. There may be a reduction in output if any if the ducts are blocked or damaged.

There is a problem though. The extra holes will stretch and are prone to infection. Breastfeeding is kinda hard in the nipples.
