I'm thinking that the H2O cycle is about transpiration. You know, when water evaporates, condenses, and falls back to earth as rain. However, it could be about the different states of water: ice, liquid, gas. You are really going to have to do some research on this one.
The CO2 O2 cycle may refer to the absorption of O2 into the leaves of plants, the manufacture of food, and the release of O2. However, I'm not sure and you are going to have to do some research on this one too.
I'm totally clueless on the Hydrogen cycle.
