him.I always use my surname not his name because we did not have our wedding.but he insists that i must be using his name even at work or everywhere,when i tell him lets get married,he says that its not yet time we have to wait.what should i do?

how can you legally use his name without marriage? i wouldn't personally use the name without the marriage! he should "give" you his name if he wants you to use it!!!

Its not yet so late , just go away from him , otherwise you will be treated as a mistress later , or foot down to get marriage certificate for your child's sake , if he agree , stay on as a legal life partner , otherwise just run away from him .

Why does he want you to use his name before you are married? Tell him after he marries you, you will use his name, very proudly.
