Actually, PNAC's goals were nonviolent. Plans to attack Iraq existed during Clinton's presidency. Terrorism has been around since at least 1979. That's when they first attacked us. However, the Middle East has been, and will remain, a breeding ground for war and terrorism. It's always been this way, even since before the fall of Rome. It isn't that they're all terrorists, not even most of them are...but all terrorists do come from that region. (Timothy McVeigh and the Unabomber were not terrorists, they were just psychopaths!)
