No penis....it would be like asking if he had tonsils...because both were not necessary for educational purposes.....they never talked about both.
He was made by sewing and stuffing machines? A person was inside to move his arms/legs and whole body for walking, standing, jumping, dancing...and what not. I can't tell you, if that person inside the costume was/is male...if yes..I assume that the person had/has a penis. What do you think?
