I know there is a list out there for civic, political leaders out there so I can send them an announcement I know when i made my Eagle President Carter sent me a letter from the White house can any one help me out on this. I was just wondering if any one has seen a site or knows an address

Well shoot, I know what you're talking about. My leaders sent away for letters from Dave Thomas, the Pope, Carter, the state representative etc...

I would say write to the White House, and the offices of your state and federal elected officials both senators and representatives.
