I have the very best antivirus system in the world in my opinion. An it works on Windows 2000 Server. (Plus the software company they use Windows 2000 Server). If you decide on a different platform this software will work on all of them.

www.filseclab.com "Twister Anti-Trojan Virus". This software company is located in Beijing, China. What is great you pay a small one time fee for life. This includes all signature updates that are frequent, an any new versions that may come out. You never have to pay an annual fee. Plus the support is excellent.

What is unique is that this program has a real time scanner that really works and removes viruses/spyware.

If you open a webpage and there is an embedded trojan or spyware in the webpage, the scanner will show you the virus/spyware and clean on the spot.

If you download anything that has hidden trojans, spyware the download will stop and this program will clean. This includes zip files, music etc. etc.

Real times scanner scans on boot the entire system. Plus all your updates are automatic downloads an they advise you with an icon in the tray that updates are ready for download.

I once had a trojan embedded in the wizard installer that was outsourced by the original software company. This program found the trojan in the installer and stopped the installation. Plus it even traced back who installed the trojan. I wrote the original software company about their installer outsource and they now use their own installer.

All I can say is that this program never cease to amaze me with it's state of the art technology.

Because of the nature of my work as a clinical psychiatrist I am required by law to keep my pc 100% clean. And with this program I have never had one virus or spyware installed in my system.

I am sure that you are aware that Windows 2000 Server is one of the more secure platforms. Reasons is that Microsoft had this platform built in Australia. Only down side, very hard to find free or purchased software that is compatible with this platform.

Requires far fewer patches then Microsoft other platforms.

Although people say its name as norton corporate, its actual name is "Symantec AntiVirus Corporate Edition - version 10", you should not confuse it with Norton. It is completely different. (The only similarity is LiveUpdate.)

It is specially designed for network use. You can manage all client versions using the server version. It does not slow down the computer at all and it has additional protection for spyware as well.

hi, perhaps you can try Norton to remove the virus. but you need to pay for the software.

i also recommand you to use firefox with Google toolbar. firefox can disable all virus to run, because the virus can only run on IE.

besides, firefox can block any any poppus and disable any virus and adware, spyware on webpage, so, firefox is much safer than IE. as you know, most of the virus is spread throught internet and webpage.

firefox is much smaller than IE, so i run faster than IE.

download firefox for free:
