I live by the Shrine, where the Emmys are held. Anyone know how I can get into the fan bleacher section?

I am a USC student, and I just want to sit on the bleachers and watch the parade of stars this weekend. Anyone know the protocol?

I called the PR person for the shrine and let them know that I was an area resident, you get priority seating
