One of the best things I ever did. totally recommend.
Can't think or any cons.
Fors: make freinds, have fun doing cool stuff, looks good on your CV, helps you to get a job, I did a lot of outdoor activites with them (caving, climbing, moor walking, charity work), gives you something to do, this course is so sought after it costs employers a coupla grand to send an employee on it.
Just do it, you won't regret it

It's a twelve week course of team building and key skills (life skills). Once you have met your team, which are generally volunteers, in the second week you'll go off to do some activities, e.g. absailing, rock climbing, watersports, (whatever is available in your local area). Then in your team, when you return you plan and carry out a community activity (to help your local area).
This builds the confidence of the people involved, enabling them and encouraging them to further themselves.
You also get a certificate which many employers recognise for team building.
the cons:
some people find it difficult turning up each day monday-friday for a whole twelve weeks.
if you don't get on with your team you can't change it.
once you have done the course they don't help you with employment - but help is available to start a business.
