why is an error message keep on pop-up, say " You virtual memory is low".Is it becoz my document memory is low??

there are probably too many unneeded back ground processes that are taking up most of the virtual memory. try utilizing the msconfig utility to disable some or all the startup programs from loading once your system boots up.
start>run>msconfig>under general select "selective startup>uncheck "load startup items" only>apply>close>restart computer
you can also remove unwanted programs from startup by deleting program entries from the startup folder
start>all programs>startup>delete unwanted program entries
make sure to scan your computer for spyware and viruses that can also cause this side affect, good luck.

Yeah your virtual memory is low its because high memory causes to certain programs. Try FreeramXP software either you right click the my computer and try to increase virtual memory size.

.right click My Computer, Click the Advanced tab, Click the settings button in the Performance box, click the advanced tab on the new window. Click the change button near the bottom.
It shows your maximum and your minimum. Mine is set at 2046 for initial size and my maximum is set at 4092. You might not have this much but this will give you an idea on where it should be set.
