I found the hole in my head where my brain leaked out any good idea on what I should use to plug up the whole?. I'm running for president and I don't want my brain to slip back in I could be disqualified from running if that happens.

What do you mean disqualified? Hell, we elected a president that lost 3/4 of his mind 6 years ago...and then re-elected him just two years ago...so you're not in all that bad shape...and have you tried krazy glue? works wonders...

try duct tape or a piece of chewed up bubble gum those 2 things seem to be able to fix anything. And good luck on your campaign!
