i am 100% italian and have very dark hair, and a darker (more tan) skin tone. but i happen to have bright green eyes! i have always wondered if i look like an alien! are green eyes with a dark complexion weird, or even scary looking?

Noo that's really cool actually. Contrast looks good on people so if someone had light eyes with dark hair that would look really pretty. You should be lucky I've always wanted green eyes but I got stuck with light brown which is stupid because they're basically hazel without green. Well I'm sure other people think it's really cool that you have green eyes.

Nope. I am tan colored with green eyes too and I happen to the black. No one has ever said it was scary. I think people find light eyes/dark skin exotic because you would expect to see brown eyes. I did see a dark skinned man (Wesly Snipes complexion) with bright, light blue eyes that couldn't be fake because they were too light, and you could tell they were natural. That's truly exotic!

Nope, my best friend is like 75% Italian with very tan skin and dark-blonde hair and green eyes. She plays her eyes up with lots of mascara and gets TONS of complements about her eyes.

There are many many people on this planet thats dark skinned with green eyes. Its very very attractive. Why do you think it looks scary? I cant help reading between the lines that are you really boasting about yourself

I think they are beautiful! I knew a girl in high school who was part black and part white and she looked black except for her green eyes. I always thought that she had an exotic look!
