PB and J, on white bread. Not too heavy, but it's a nice sweet snack to satisfy ur pallette. Jiff Peanut Butter and Grape Jelly. That's what I'd go for.

Whatever kind you like the best and have the ingredients on hand in order to make it. One of my favorites is pimento and cheese on whole wheat with a handful of salty potato chips.

well, i made a sandwich earlier for dinner....was turkey, mozzarella cheese, Dijon mustard, lettuce tomato and onion, on whole grain bread.
and a glass of chocolate milk! yummy!

okay. two choices. salty or sweet. sour falls in both categories. salty: cheese, ham, lettuce, tomato, mayonasie. ( i know i cant spell). sweet: three words. Peanut butter jelly.
