Well you may be able to get into France,as the others stated by flight and with a paper of your parents. But if you think of just coming to France and enjoy life here you can forget it.if you dont speak french dont bother, the french will not accomodateyou and if you dont have your paperwork in order you need to process an asylum request. And during that time you are not allowed to work nor do they provide a roof over your head. There are plenty romanians like that stranded and live somewhere in the bush, begging fr money and singing in the metro's to colelct money. So know what you are getting into.
Im dutch and live in France and it isnt easy to fit in here(Paris and suburbs),even if you do have papers and master the language

According to Romanian law you are still a minor and your parents are responsible for you so I'm sorry to say but unless you are under adult supervision like a teacher or you have a written statement from your parents you can't.

i take you want to jump ship and take the train, we the many restrictions and security you might be asked a few question by the conductors and once you get into france your profile and lack of language skills wll give you away.

It's also better to arrange with the airlines an escort during the airport processes... This will help alot...
