Flush with water and check at a drug store for some eyewash. You can take the all natural approach and literally wash out with chammomile. If this does not work, go see your dr.

Go to a doctor or a clinic right now. Some of the other suggestions (flush with water, pad don't rub) might have worked in the VERY beginning but not 3 days later.
What have you been waiting for? With any luck your problem has already been resolved before your ever having read this.

Go to the pharmacist and get eyewash. Put a few drops in at a time and close your eyes gently to make the pimple cream leak out. Keep doing this, and if it doesn't work, go to the doctor.

Normally the sting should have receded after cold water sponging (no rubbing eyes, please) and some rest, tears would wash away the foreign matter and rest would restore the eyes back to normalcy. You may now need a good eye lotion, prescribed by a qualified ophthalmologist after due examination.

If the pain continues go to a doctor. Especially if your vision is affected. If you have blurry vision or any other problems in that eye get to a doctor immediately.
Flush it really good with sterile eye wash from the drug store. Don't rub it.

Wash your eye with warm water, and pat dry. don't rub your eye or you will end up scratching the ball. if this doesn't work, get it checked out. the twitching is the eye's natural way of trying to accommodate the problem. get it checked out quickly.
