What was the reason they terminated your employment?
What state do you live in?
Need a little more info to answer this question completely.
When I lost my job I just googled or yahooed "unemployment eligibility" and a lot of information came up. Try to find the one for the employers it says the very few and far between reasons they can fire you for. If you quit you can look up the various good causes they have posted for leaving your job. It never hurts to try, don't forget to appeal if necessary, almost everyone has to. It doesn't mean you didn't qualify for benefits.
