not true if you send it to the company they will send you a letter marked top secret and it will tell you the legend of the tootsie roll pop.
the indian shooting a star wrapper arent that rare they can be found below a picture of two girls roller skating and above the picture of two girls riding bicycles. (not really rare a bag can contain 2-4 wrappers) unless ou collect alot
