Depends on what you like to do, but girls track is pretty good. Large selection of events where you can hang out and talk most of the time!

im a sophmore that plays for varsity, and i really dont think volleyball is the best sport for you, its LOTS of running. my conditioning, 2 miles a day, no stopping or your doing an extra lap. its harsh because on court you are constantly moving your legs, i would say you can try softball, its running but its not alot, its just about the speed. its your decision though, its what you likee..

Doesnt volleyball interest you at all? It requires limited running. Why not try rock, wall or mountain climbing? These involve no running and they are good outdoor sports.

Well, there's badmiton, hang gliding, sky diving, bungee jumping, racing, horse back riding, walking, golf, frisbee golf, etc.

You really don't give enough information to make a good reccommendation. Are you trying to lose weight? Do you just want to get out of the house? Are you afraid of heights? How much money do you want to spend? Do you want to do this by yourself, or meet others? Etc, etc.

martial arts: you'll get a great workout, you don't have to do much running, and you'll be able to defend yourself.
