The word “interview” itself makes a person tense who needs to appear in the interview. It is normal human behaviour to become confused or get tensed but such things can be overcome with practice, learning from seniors and elders, thru own experience. At my time internet was not available. These days Internet is a rich source of information. U can learn many things about the interview by visiting the websites the links of which are given below. On some websites u will find questions also along with answers which are frequently asked and questions pertaining to ur requirement can also be found there. It will improve ur performance remarkably. If will infuse a high level of confidence in u. It will make u more frank and it will develop diplomatic qualities in u too. Overall, I would say that it will give an impetus to ur personality development.

are u here to know wat wiill be answers for these questions or u planning a interview online wiith all of the guys...

Any interview even e mail offering a job contains such questions...an expected salary is always 3% above the salary a individual gets....rare cases are there when they work for same when desperateness is there to leave current job.

Any reasons can be there to leave job ...like...iif living alone wanna relocate him/herself can be geniune one....Salary hike and better prospects are common ones...

Now the last one Y should i select you...it complicated one...anyone can go bonkers thinking about it...so best way to put is..if u want sincere ,hardworking ,dedicated and succesfull employee to make ur company successful...i am the best option....got it

IF EXPERIENCED AND IN THE SAME INDUSTRY U CAN EXPECT A 30% HIKE IN YOUR SALARY.

ANY GOOD REASON FOR CHANGING UR PRESENT JOB LIKE THERE IS A HIKE IN PAY OR GOOD GROWTH PROSPECTUS IN THE ORGINISATION U APPLIED OR THE BEST COMPANY TO WORK WITH AND BE THE BEST .

USUALLU U FACE THIS QUESTION IN THE FINAL ROUND OF THE INTERVIEW AND IF U HAVE NOT CLEARED ALL THE ROUNDS U WOULDNT BE THERE AND AS U CLEARED ALL THE ROUNDS YOUR EXPERIENCE AND AND SKILLS MATCH THE EMPLOYERS REQUIREMENTS HE/SHE SHOULD SELECT YOU.
