Any interview even e mail offering a job contains such questions...an expected salary is always 3% above the salary a individual gets....rare cases are there when they work for same when desperateness is there to leave current job.

Any reasons can be there to leave job ...like...iif living alone wanna relocate him/herself can be geniune one....Salary hike and better prospects are common ones...

Now the last one Y should i select you...it complicated one...anyone can go bonkers thinking about it...so best way to put is..if u want sincere ,hardworking ,dedicated and succesfull employee to make ur company successful...i am the best option....got it
