it takes about 6 days? for the zygote/embryo to migrate to the
uteran wall and attatch itself.
and about 2 days later the chemical/hormonal changes can be
seen in the blood

If your period is delayed by two days then it is an indication . Wait for two more days and do a pregnancy test . If it is positive then do a test again after another 4 days . If its positive too, then consult a gyneac without further delay .

Around two weeks. Also, do the test first thing in the morning when your urine is strongest. This will give you the correct reading.
