Not sure if its a record or what you are looking for but Man city had a recent spell which went.

97/98 relegated to div 2
98/99 promoted to div 1 via playoffs
99/00 promoted to premiership
00/01 relegated to div 1
01/02 promoted to premiership.

It's defenetly Wimbledon in the late 70's early 80's for successive promotions.
1977-78 Joined Football League Division Four
1978-79 Missed runner-up spot on goal difference
Promoted to Division Three
1980-81 Promoted to Division Three
1982-83 FootballLeague Division Four Champions
Promoted to Division Three
1983-84 Football League Division Three runner-up
Promoted to Division Two
1985-86 Promoted to Division One

I would say Wimbledon in the 80's for successive promotions.

They went from Division 4 to the top flight Division 1 in successive promotions.
