Generally if it's summer, you're under 30, and not in a business suit (and sometimes not even then) you don't wear pantyhose. And who wants the nylon kissed? No. you should peel the pantyhose off! There isn't really anything sexy about full fledged pantyhose anyway, thigh higs maybe. Definitely not pantyhose.
At the end of the day if I have worn them (typically only in the winter) I want them off ASAP. I'm all about the foot massage, but I want my bare feet massaged.

I think what turns a person on and it doesnt hurt the other party should be encouraged. If you get pleasure from massaging and kissing pantyhosed feet then you should do it. Im sure there are many liberated women out there who wouldnt mind. I have a dear friend of mine....totally hetrosexual, but he absolutely loves wearing ladies sexy underwear...It doesnt make him odd....it just turns him on, and who am I to say it shouldnt....because it just does. Women need to be a little more accepting and respect a persons individuality.
