I try to think positive but nothing works, and it makes me want to start arguements with my boyfriend. WHAT CAN i DO???

Alot of people get into angry moods so you're not alone on that! For me it goes along with hormonal issues. In any case, I try to air out my emotions and concerns with the few closest friends that I trust - men just don't get it and they won't understand. You can avoid fighting with him by not bringing up topics with him that you really should be talking to your girlfriends about. I've learned that my hubby - and I love him - is after all a man - he doesn't want to hear about every issue in your life for the gazzilionth time. He just wants you to solve it and get over it and get back onto an even keel. That's what I've found girlfriends are great at doing for me.

You need to control your moods! If you cannot control your moods then go to a doctor and see what he can do to help you. This is normally a hormonal problem and the doctor will prescribe pills for you to take which will help you control these bad moods. In the meantime ask your boyfriend to bear with you about this. I get bad PMS every month and my boyfriend knows that it is not my fault and he understands.
