how to start linux if i forget the passwd?

in windows i can start the OS if i forget the passwd .similarly is there any way for linux ?

I don't Think you are a Admin
Don't Try to Crack the Password if you are not admin
You will Have a Great Time if you try to crack the password
with out any knowledge

The regular passwoed is "ROOT". IF u don't chage the password try this.

Just type " password " that works for me.
