If you were to win $7 mil in the lottery yoou would end up with something like $4 Mil after taxes. Bank a ¼mil for mad money and invest the balance. Placed wisely, I should be able to clear that same ¼mil a year after taxes. RETIRE!!!!!

Look after the people who have been nice to me over the years. Buy a penthouse condo and start travelling again, this time in the pointy end of the plane (first class) and book into luxury hotels instead of some of the dreadful places I've stayed.
Oh, and some of my favourite charities would get a generous donation.
By the way, we don't pay taxes on lottery winnings in Canada.

I would actually buy up some property that I can rent out. For 7 mil you can get a pretty nice complex in a good neighborhood. Your money will last longer and can work towards your retirement. You can also sell later.

self into believing I really WON the blasted money.
I know I own a yacht. I own a couple mansions on every Island.
I've taken 20-30 cruises. I own Gold. I have Swiss bank acct.s
I've Travelled the 7 Seas. I own a fleet of Cessnas & a couple
of 757's. I also own 2-3 Blackhawks. My main Palace is located
on the "Island of Anita". I've invested in millions of quick start up
companies for strangers.(Strangers.com)
I started My own Website Co. I give folks their Domains free.
I bought up all of the FastFood est. in North America & gave
them away to teenagers.
I've bought several Mall's of ANITA in most major cities.
I've even started my own TV gospel program in 40 countries.
I have my own version of TVprofessor. It teaches you how to
do "Scratch Offs".
I'm so Rich about now, I own YAHOO.
So how much do you need?

First i'd get my own place. Nothing too extreme, since i'm only 18. Help my boyfriend a place, and a crotch rocket, haha. Buy a dojo for his Sensei.
Then i'd help family and friend out with some debt or money troubles. Spend a little here and there as gifts for them aswell.
The rest will be for supporting myself so I don't have to work, but have many active hobbies and buy material things.

My first move would be to pay for college, all the way up to an MBA, so I won't have to go through that financial aid sh!t. Then, I'd buy a house and a car, and invest whatever is left.

Take the lump sum, pay off debts, buy a house, pay off my truck, give some to my family, put the rest into college tution for my kids
