how many of you like to go the gym , and are serious about your body , I have an atheletic body , but with solid muscle,,

I have done the gym thing several times in my life and have enjoyed it very much. I felt better, looked better and didn't have a life! I worked out 5-6 days a week for about 2 1/2 -3 hours. Cross trained. I did this the last time along with a no-carb diet. Lost 2.5 a week. Kept it off for 3 years. Then....I got a BF! I got busy doing other stuff and didn't MAKE the time for the gym. Gained it all back and then a few extra. Now I'm trying to find a way to workout at home and just at a slower pace. Not much luck so far as we like to eat out all the time. I try for the salads, but that gets old real fast. I will find something that will work for me. I just recently bought a balance ball with the understanding that when you use your core muscles along with doing the exercise your getting more bang for the workout. I am also working on a belly dancing CD for a workout...why not have fun and learn something to entertain your man with. I just have to get motivated now! lol

I dont have time for the gym and dont like hard muscle a soft and not flab is the best on anyone a soft curve is always the best not somethin jumpin out at you so hard cant lay your head on or other without too hard.

me i work out every day in the gym for at least 45 minutes non stop. then run sprints for about an hour then run distance for about an hour. or if it is football season i work out 2 times a week after football practice (average practice is 4 hours and not easy) during the school year (yes i am still in school) i work out 2 times a day for 40 minutes

i go to gym 2-3 times a week... i want to shape my body especially my stomache but i find it hard to stop eating sometimes.

i don't go to the gym, i like to be outside , bike ride rollerblade walk my dog , swim explore the outdoors and am seriour about my body just hate to geta work out inside.

That's hot.
I haven't gone to the gym in a long time.
But when I do, it is only temporary.
I stop going...and then I get mad for not being in shape.

Good for you. I like to keep 'fit' by means of my normal every day life ontop of semi-regular sessions of working out and playing sports.

i don't have an athletic body but try to not to have an overly heavy body... as I play tennis, that wouldn be good for my game to be heavy!
