i dont know the name of them but theyre dead white cells tha have gathered under the skin but have lasted longer than a regular white head so theyve hardened and its easy to pick em out and stuff
dont pick
washem up and moisturize

i get those too!! i got facial, and she got rid of all of them for 3 months! you should try it!
