Treatment for LOW BLOOD PRESSURE
Treatment for low blood pressure ususlly involves treating the underlying cause. But in extreme cases, doctors may advise drug treatment to raise the blood pressure.
It you feel dizzy or faint, lie down and raise the feet aboe the heart. Wearing compression stockings to improve blood return to the heart may help if such spells are frequent. These are not suitable for people with peripheral arterial disease.
Why u want medicines?
Medicines are avaliable for High BP

Low BP has to be treated.
If u feel u can take some Vasoconstrictors.
Bt i will not prescribe u coz i don't know d cause of ur Low BP and if may be dangerous.
Its a practical thing to be checked. Consult ur doctor for that.
Moreover Hypertension also needs internal treatment bt therez no alternative other than drugs. Hypertension is caused due to some internal reason which has to be controlled with d help of medicines.
Bt Hypotension can be controlled by physical means described above so drugs are not compulsory to control Low BP.
The thing which dosn't want drugs(poisons) to be treated shud be treated without drugs only.

"very low" is a very subjective term. BP's vary by a lot, so "very low" varies from person to person. You really need to see a doctor if it is something that is bothering you because IT CAN KILL YOU.
This isn't something to play around with and get advice from Y!A on.
Edit: By "BP" I'm assuming you mean "blood pressure"

Adelle Davis talks about low blood pressure in her book Let's Get Well pg 211-212. But, only a doctor can safely evaluate and treat this problem.

I have never heard of medication for hypotension. How low is your BP? What are your symptoms?

Bp meaning Bipolar? IF so and you are feeling low....that would mean you should be on an anti depressent...ro rather st johns wort ....
