My wife only had one tube and the doctor's said it would be very difficult to conceive. Three kids later she decided to have the other one tied. So, don't worry, one is enough.

You should still be able to have a baby. You have 2 fallopian tubes- so the other one should do what the first one can't. I'd still have a doctor check you out- though. You want to make SURE that there aren't any other problems that you don't know about.

Yes you can, just that during alternate menstrual cycles when the ova travels down your blocked ube, your chances are lower.

I had trouble conceiving when i first got married. When i finally did 2 years later, i had to deliver by emergency ceasarean ... and during the operation my gynae saw a growth of about 1.5cm blocking one of my fallopian tube. He removed it and showed it to me after the operation. I suppose that was why i had trouble conceiving at first. After he removed it, i went on to have another baby, less than a year after my first.

Absolutely! It only takes one good egg (and some sperm, of course) to make a baby. You could even have that tube removed and still conceive. It is possible that your "good" one will ovulate every month...which is good news if you are planning a pregnancy.
