You need a spotting partner or a trainer.

You THINK you are lined up for the exercises and sit ups, but you are favoring one side or another. Get an experienced person to observe you and offer you advice.

If the trainer says you need to see a doctor, do so (you could have a bone or connective tissue problem).

OK there not called ur right and left abs there your obliques. And what u do is get in the same position as a crunch or sit up but instead of coming straight up touch ur right elbow to ur left knee and repeat. Or you could get in the push-up postion and bring ur right knee up underneath u and bring it up to your left side and repeat. That should help. Good luck!!!

Go to a chiropractor for a check up and see if you have any alignment issues. A chiropractor can give you good tips, and work with you for proper alignment so you don't favor one side.
