That's like asking what's an easy, fast, and safe way to get rid of cockroaches!- I'm afraid there isn't any such thing- unless you're willing to invest a large sum of $ by prescribing to a spyware cleaning service. Next time you get a new computer- be carefull where you go & what you order...-Or you might be getting MORE than what you bargained for.

Best way is format ur system and never connect it to Internet.
Just try Spyware Doctor, SpyBot to get rid of them connecting to internet
