You want to get rid of the best part of your anatomy?! :)
You may simply have a yeast infection or minor injury. Try some over the counter yeast cream from the women's aisle. Beware of knife- happy doctors who would love to get ahold of you!
Remember you CANNOT get it back!!! I wish very much my man was intact and most of my friends prefer their guys intact. So don't use a minor thing as an excuse to take it off because you feel like women want it off. (If that has ever been a problem) If any woman asks you to do that, I would first ask her to remove her clitoral hood - OUCH, and labia. And then I would find a new girl. But that's just me, and I am 100% female. Play it safe, and find out what is causing the pain. The only reason to remove a body part should be dealy infection - NOT minor- or cancer. THINK TWICE!!! And good luck!

Frankly, I wish I had mine back. You may want to reconsider.
If you are feeling pain it could be an infection of some sort. Men who still have their foreskin are required to clean themselves more vigorously and more often than men who don't. Having the skin there can allow germs to incubate and grow.
The better option if you are feeling pain on your penis is to go to a doctor to inquire about the pain rather than resort to that type of surgery.

Hospital is the better idea there you have all the things you need to keep you safe and liseased staff, clinics don't have to have the standards a hospital has to have. And that is one area I think you want want to be safe and clear of infections.

of course in the hospital, but if u want privately, u consider the private clinic. in the hospital, u can go 2 different doctor for consultation, while in the private one, u will stick to it.

Go to your DR.& tell him or her the problem. Most grown men have to go into the hospital to have it done,as they are well past the "forgetting age".
You will be in pain for quite sometime while you heal,so expect a long recovery!
You will also have to be very careful with the after care,so as not to get an infection.

You can go to the doctor and ask him for a referral. Consider contacting a rabbi and asking his help. They do a painless ceremony

your primary care provider is your first step, he will be able to make recommendations as to who will do a better job.
