Sometimes a good place to start is maybe ask the school officials for that district. If they themselves live and work within that area they may know more about places such as you are looking for more than others. Also check with real estate agencies for that particular area.

contact a Realtor in the area you are wanting to reside - they are amazing help and usually have all the info on such (more than you'll find in the papers)
