If you feel as though you are unhealthy, then you should loose weight, but if you don't you shouldn't do it for people to like you. Be healthy and happy and yes if you go walking for 20-30 minutes on a daily basis, or even 3 times a week and do crunches you will see a difference.

The first thing you need to do is relax. You are you and can be nothing else. You need to get comfortable in your own body and work on your confidence, not your wardrobe. Trust me, I'm overweight too, so I have a little experience. Confidence will come with knowledge. Get to know yourself. I know this sounds a little weird. Like, you've been you for 18 years, you'd think you'd know yourself by now, right? Wrong. You have to make a conscious decision to accept yourself. Some would say to spend time alone, but the only way you really learn who you are and what kind of person you are is by interacting with other people. So get out there, just have fun. Life is too short to worry about appearances. You'll find that more girls are attracted to you after you figure out who you are and have a bit of confidence in yourself. It sounds like the simplest thing in the world, something that's already been established, but it will make all the difference if you step back and look at it from a different perspective than the one society has laid out for us, of what is acceptable and cool. Forget what others think. Be yourself.

I agree that hip hop, baggy clothes would be the choice and for losing weight, start out slow don't go for the gusto at first. the tread mill will be grat lose the pounds along with a sensible diet, cut out the snack foods like chips, candy bars etc.and you will drop the pounds, be patient though It won't happen overnight. as for the crunches and weight training, you can a little, whatever you are capable of doing but cardiovascular work outs are the best to lose the pounds...good luck and god bless

Reduce weight. Do Yoga. Go for morning walks. Cut down on fats and sugar and curtail calorie intake. Do Pranayama too.

hip-hop clothin would definitively suit u... avoid all tight stuff, and multi colored... a good respect of colors ( avoid color that irritate people's view like bright yellow or orange or red or bright green)
for hair style, if we could see ur face that would be helpful, but if you want you can wear a cool hat that goes with ur clothin', and remember no bright yellow and so on...
