Can anyone tell me where I can find the song Rock On, by Damien? He came out in the late 80's early 90's and might have been a soap opera actor as well. He sang Rock On during an episode.

His name was Michael Damien. He played Danny Romalotti on "The Young and The Restless". I don't know where to download the song, but having the whole name might help.
