Three separate laws in PA:
1)"You may not catch a fish with your hands."
2)"You may not catch a fish by any body part except the mouth."
3)"Dynamite is not to be used to catch fish."
Oh, and "it is illegal to sleep on top of a refrigerator outdoors."
And one more - "Any motorist who sights a team of horses coming toward him must pull well off the road, cover his car with a blanket or canvas that blends with the countryside, and let the horses pass. If the horses appear skittish, the motorist must take his car apart, piece by piece, and hide it under the nearest bushes."
Seriously - PA is a great place to live! :-P

I know in one New England state (I think Connecticut) it's illegal to herd an elephant through the street. It's also illegal in another state to drive an automobile in the street without someone in front of it to keep from scaring the horses. We have some dumb ones here in Indiana that they still enforce--you can't sell either alcohol or cars on Sunday (think how THAT makes the Indy 500 fans feel!). And the worst of all, in the 1800's the Indiana legislature passed a law defining pi as 4.
