big_daddy_don7's correct about the song, but I'd just like to add to Richard's answer. Todd Beamer, the guy who said that, never got to say goodbye to his wife. When he was on the phone, he was talking to the AirPhone operator, telling her what was going on.

He set down the phone right before they rushed the cabin, so she (and later everyone else) would know what was going on. The last words she could make out from Todd Beamer were the words "Ready? Let's roll!"

I'm not sure the song's about Todd Beamer, though. Either way, here's the lyrics:

you mean Neil Young's "Lets Roll"? I know that song is about that flight, and that one of the guys who called his wife said "lets roll" on the phone, but I didn't know that the song was specifically dedicated to him. Makes sense though.

I think you are referring to the song "Here's A Quarter, Call Someone Who Cares".
He was calling to tell her the divorce was finalized.
