NL - Done deal with Pujols as long as he doesn't get hurt. Beltran would be next...Howard's team did not win enough this year to be considered (He is no Andre Daweson)
AL - Should be Joe Mauer. I know he is coming down to earth, but you try catching 150 games in a season. Voters will not go that way though. Jeter is the next most deserving. Ortiz I would have said a couple of weeks ago, but he is not even the best hitter on his team right now.

NL-Albert Pujols
AL-David Ortiz (If they make the playoffs) if not, Thome should win, not Jeter.

AL-JETER
NL-BELTRAN (MORE GWRBIS THAN ORTIZ)..I KNOW, DIFFERENT LEAGUE, BUT SHOWS HOW MUCH HYPE ORTIZ GETS
BY THE WAY JETER HAS MUCH HIGHER BA WITH RISP, HAS .100 + POINTS HIGHER BA AFTER 6TH INNING, HAS MORE GO AHEAD RBI'S THAN DAVID ORTIZ AND HE IS A PHENOMINAL, BIG PLAY-MAKING DEFENDER.
IF ORTIZ PLAYED DEFENSE HIS NUMBERS WOULD BE WAY DOWN. FAT BOY'S BODY WOULDNT KEEP UP. LOOK AT HIS PREVIOUS SEASONS WHEN HE PLAYED FULL TIME DEFENSE...HUGE DIFFERENCE
