It's by Jay-Z and I can't remember much of it but he says "I am number one" and then something about being number two ain't good or something like that.
It's driving me crazy that I don't know!!

Are you sure your not thinking of Nelly's #1? He says those lyrics in that song. It's like "I am number one, cause two is not a winner and three nobody can remember." Hope that helps.
