Sometime my mom will come in to the bathroom to wash my back.She saw me already shaved the hair around the penis area.
She ask me the reason for shaving.I'm told her it look more clean
without the hair.It is wired to shaved the hair around the penis area???

i think it's great when a guy shaves around his pe***. it makes it easier to give him oral. it also definitely looks a lot cleaner!

Your mom shouldnt be washing you if youre old enough to shave your penis area and then ask if it's weird to shave down there.You're a big boy,I think, wash your own back. How old are you?You got this shaving pubic area from someone,didnt you ask them?Besides all that.The less hair you have , the less hair crabs can attach to,lol.But if your mom is still washing your back(meaning you're still too young for sex) then you have nothing to worry about. But I do think it is much cleaner. Everybody tends to have a smell down there at the end of the day. Most of that smell can attach to the hairs.But,yes,you'll smell better and feel cleaner. But do me a favor and wash your own back from now on.You dont need your mom for that anymore.

what is wierd is the fact that you have your mom wash your back and you are at the age where you can shave your johnson. You can shave it all day long but tell Mom it's time to stay out of the bathroom. that is strange

Waxing usually lasts for 3 weeks, but it is painful.
Electrolysis and laser hair removal are "permanent" hair removal methods but are expensive and you have to find a trained professional, otherwise your skin could be damaged.

If you're old enough to handle a razor, I question why your mother is still "washing" you.
As for your initial question: it's really up to the individual. Some guys do, some don't. There is no necessity for a "norm" here.
