Theres this guy at school, and he always touches my boobs and stares at them. once he even took a picture of my legs open underneath a desk with his phone ( i had on pants) and recently he pulled my thumb back and recorded on his phone going, " ow, jake stop!" which made it sound like we were having sex. He tells everyone he wants to "bone" me. Is this a sick of flirting or is he really sexually harassing me?

Yes. You should go report it to the school counselor if your not comfortable telling anyone else. She'll know what to do.

Legally, sexual harassment does not have to be sexual in nature. Any harassment is legally sexual harassment. Check local law. In the United States of America, a hostile work environment is sexual harassment. This applies to men as well as women. When people realize that sex is not a part of sexual harassment, we will wonder why it is not simply called harassment. I guess some, especially some women, just like harassing men by putting a sexual label on them. Call someone fat? That's sexual harassment. Call someone old? That is sexual harassment. Bully someone in the workplace? That is sexual harassment. Get the idea? Edit: those giving thumbs downs probably don't know the law in the United States of America.

yes, i would call that harrassment! in middle school, there was this kid that would say sick things about what he wanted to do to me behind me back. i never bothered to report him because i was strong and let it roll off my back (besides he never did anything physical to me!). don't you know a week later he pinned a girl against a wall forcing her to give him oral sex! she took him to court, got a restraining order, and he was sent to a totally different school. i have no idea where he is now, because it has been a while. not only is he doing this to you, but he could be getting more physical with another young girl who is too afraid to stand up and tell someone! stand up for yourself and say something, if you do i am posotive someone from your school will take action and keep him away from you. just visit your guidance counselor or principal and talk to him about it! it will be okay! (but talk to him first! he may be doing it solely to bug you! it has happened, and maybe if he is a decent guy he will lay off!)

I would call it harassment and be in the principal's office ASAP. Harassment of any form in school is NOT acceptable.

Touching your body without your permission is assault, not harassment and needs to be reported immediately.
