why is cyber-sex allowed over internet--shouldnt it be banned?

dont ever talk like that.
that's what the NSA is trying to do (monitor the internet)
and if it were "banned" then there would be no net neutrality.

I think it shouldn't be banned. And it's not possible to bann at all. No one has the control over internet.
