You have to tell her why you lied and that you will not do it again.
And if you do, she is free to dump you and never return

You can not undue the lie that you told. She will always remember it and therefore, with every reason, be skeptical of you. You could try no longer telling lies and time can prove that you are truly sorry by you're constant honesty. It will really take a long time if you can ever gain trust back because the fact is you lied and she really has every reason Not to trust you.

Did you learn a lesson? Maybe next time you might think twice before you lie. How hard are the consequences we face when we tell the truth, anyways? The more you lie the more you have to remember all the things you actually lied about. Makes the brain do overtime and when you get caught, you look like a real dumb ***!!! Lie to me once, shame on you, Lie to me twice, shame on me. Sorry, but I don't think she should take you back.

Prove your contrition and that you deserve forgiveness. Winning a trust is a long process, losing it can be a snap, regaining it means double-time effort proven by words and actions.

I think that has a lot to do with you lied about. If it was about another woman then your chances are very slim and rightly so If your with someone you just don't go off with another. That is disrespecting her. No one likes to be disrespected.

Make a commitment to honesty. And if you feel the urge to be untruthful, that should be a signal that there is something amiss. Usually it is because of the fear of one thing or another. Perhaps you did not want to upset her or to lose her approval.

Bummer, dude. The only option is time and patience. She may test you and she will certainly be more cautious in general. This may be the real test of the relationship. Good luck.

all you can do is keep trying only time will prove that you really want her trust back....but if you lie to her all the time that won't work so you may have to move on.
