There is no "normal" when it comes to penis size. What you have is yours, be proud of it and use it wisely. You may always ask your doctor if you still feel that you have a problem with the size. Other than athletes and certain “professionals,” I suspect doctors see more of the male anatomy than anyone else.
Kegel exercises server more than one purpose. One is to strengthen the musculature group located on the pelvic floor, especially in expecting mothers. The exercises also help men and women with urinary incontinence. The exercises also prove useful in preventing prostate cancer in men. The exercise consists of tensing the muscles along the pelvic floor. You use the same group of muscles when you “squeeze” as if to prevent yourself from having a bowel movement or from passing gas. The exercises are such that you may do them and nobody even knows. One of the two types of exercises recommended includes rapidly squeezing the muscles and then completely releasing the muscles repeatedly for a minute. The other exercise is to squeeze and hold the muscles tight for a count of three-one-thousand and then completely relax for the same count. Gradually increase the length of time you hold the muscles until you reach a hold count of 10. The exercises sound easy, yet you may feel some muscle burn after the first few exercises. By the way, one welcome side effect from these exercises is to firm up some of the muscles in your butt.
Good luck!

there isn't really a norm. anywhere between 4in and 6-7in is actually average. a man doesn't actually need more than that. women's arousal is based near the opening of the vagina. meaning the clitoris and her g spot is only about 3 inches inside the vagina on the outer wall. it's all about your angle and what you want to stimulate. Kegels exercise a specific muscle That muscle is the same muscle that controls your flow and stop of urine. Next time you go pee stop in mid flow. Once you see which one it is. Practice several times a day holding and releasing that muscle. Usually 10 reps 8-10 times a day. Increase as necessary. This will improve your stamina and make your orgasms stronger.

Kegel exercises are good for you, but they won't do much for your penis size. They can make you last longer though. Check this out: http://www.gopilipinas.com/magazine/men-Sexuality/Sexuality1.htm
It takes practice and good timing to get the maximum benefits from the exercise. Good luck!

There is no such thing as a "Normal" size penis.. Maybe there are averages depending on Race, Genetics etc.
Kegel Exercises are for strengthening & tightening a woman's Vagina Canal.

No one specified erect and soft.
A normal size for a soft (or un-erect) penis is only a couple inches (give or take). An erect penis is, of course, larger. 5" - 7" is probably closer to a statistical average while erect for white males.
